Promotion Overview
This promotion offers eligible retail borrowers the opportunity to win a brand new MG3 vehicle when they purchase a new vehicle from Massy Motors Ltd. (“Massy Motors”) and finance the vehicle through a loan from Massy Finance GFC Ltd. (“Massy Finance”) during the promotional period as defined below. This promotion is approved by the National Lotteries Control Board (NLCB).
How to Enter
You can enter this promotion by doing the following:
- Only during the promotional period, customers who purchase a new vehicle from Massy Motors and finance their vehicle through a loan from Massy Finance, will be eligible.
- The loan must be approved and disbursed during the promotional period.
- Upon loan disbursement, the customer will receive one (1) electronic entry form from a Massy Finance representative.
- By completing the form and submitting your entry, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.
- Only one entry per loan is permitted. Each new vehicle purchased from Massy Motors and financed through Massy Finance during the promotional period can qualify for an entry.
Eligibility
- Open to legal residents of Trinidad and Tobago, aged 18 years or older, who:
- Purchase a new vehicle from Massy Motors within the promotional period.
- Finance the vehicle through a vehicle loan with Massy Motors during the
promotional period.
- The following persons are not eligible to enter:
- Employees of Massy Finance, its subsidiaries, parent companies, or advertising
and promotional agencies used by Massy Finance. - Loans under company names, commercial loans or inactive/closed accounts
- Entries that do not meet eligibility criteria.
- The decision as to whether a customer or an entry is eligible for this promotion is final and Massy Finance is not obliged to provide any reasons for disqualification.
- Employees of Massy Finance, its subsidiaries, parent companies, or advertising
Promotional Period
- Start Date: Wednesday, June 11th, 2025 at 8:00 a.m.
- End Date: Tuesday, September 30th, 2025 at 4:00 p.m.
- Draw Date: Tuesday, October 7th, 2025 at 3:00 p.m.
- Winner Announcement: Friday, October 10th, 2025 at 12:00 p.m.
Void Entries
Entries will be void if they:
- Do not comply with these terms and conditions.
- Are incomplete or illegible.
- Involve fraudulent activity or are suspected by Massy Finance to involve fraudulent activity.
- It is found that the borrower(s) loan with Massy Finance is in a delinquent state.
Prize
- Massy Finance reserves the right to substitute the MG3 with a vehicle of similar value should it be unavailable at the time of draw.
- The prize cannot be redeemed for cash or credit, is non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded.
- The prize is for the named winner only and cannot be given or transferred to any other person.
- The vehicle will be registered in the name of the borrower as listed on the official loan documentation.
- In the event of multiple co-borrowers, the vehicle will be jointly registered.
- Massy Finance provides no warranties or representations regarding the prize and is not liable for any unforeseen changes or circumstances impacting the delivery of the prize.
- The winner is responsible for any costs or expenses involved in claiming or using the prize and any additional costs related to taxes, insurance, registration or legal fees are the sole responsibility of the winner.
- Massy Finance is not responsible for aiding with services outside of those explicitly stated under these terms and conditions.
- The winner releases and holds Massy Finance harmless from any and all claims, losses, injuries or damages arising from their participation in this promotion and use of the prize.
Selection of the winner
Only one (1) eligible winner will receive a brand new MG3 vehicle.
- The winner of this promotion will be the entry chosen electronically using a
randomizer tool. - Five (5) back-up winners will also be drawn in order of succession.
Contacting the Winner
- Eligible winner will be announced on the Massy Finance website and social media channels.
- Massy Finance will attempt to contact the selected winner using the contact details provided in the entry, up to five (5) times within five (5) business days following the draw.
- If contact is unsuccessful, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to the next eligible entrant.
Claiming of the Prize
Once contacted, the winner must provide to Massy Finance upon request:
- A valid National Identification (Passport, Driver’s License or National Identification Card)
- The signed Prize Acceptance and Release Form within five (5) days of receipt.
- Presentation of signed loan agreement
- Purchase receipt for new vehicle purchased from Massy Motors
Publicity and Use of Personal Information

- The winner may be required to participate in promotional activities or publicity related to the promotion without additional compensation from Massy Finance.
Data Privacy
All personal data collected in connection with this promotion will be handled in accordance with the Data Protection Act of Trinidad and Tobago and Massy Finance’s Privacy Policy. Data will be used solely for administering the promotion and may be shared with third parties as required for the purpose of this promotion.
Force Majeure
Massy Finance shall not be liable for failure or delay in performing its obligations under these terms and conditions where such failure arises due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, or governmental restrictions.
General Terms
Massy Finance reserves the right, subject to the approval of the NLCB to:
- Modify, suspend or terminate the promotion at any time
- Disqualify any individual at its sole discretion without notice
- Amend the terms and conditions of the promotion without prior notice.
These terms and conditions apply solely to this promotion; they do not apply to any other promotion or programs run by Massy Finance, or to any other promotions in connection with Massy Finance.
Disputes
Massy Finance’s decision in all matters pertaining to this promotion shall be final and binding.
