A results-driven and accomplished executive who is acknowledged for building and managing successful teams both in the Caribbean and Canada, Warren’s strengths are in aligning corporate and business strategies to operational performance and creating and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
Warren has over 35 years’ experience within the financial services sector, he has driven the I.T. and Change Management Strategies at major financial institutions in the Caribbean and in Canada.
Warren is the holder of an MBA as well as a Post Graduate Diploma in Strategic Management, together with other certifications in Project Management and Management Studies. He also currently serves on the board of two other major institutions. In addition to the above, he is currently an adjunct lecturer at the MBA level in Strategy, Organizational Change, Entrepreneurial Mindset and Executive Leadership at Anglia Ruskin University, Cambridge, U.K.. A certified facilitator with Leadership Management International (LMI, Waco, Texas), Warren has been facilitating organizations across the Caribbean in Strategic Planning and Leadership Development initiatives for over thirteen years.
Warren is an active Rotarian and is also involved in the mentoring of “at risk” youth from inner city communities.
