She is a global finance executive with more than 25 years of experience leading financial strategy, M&A execution, business transformation, governance and performance improvement across multinational public companies.
Her career spans senior leadership roles at General Electric, NextEra Energy, Johnson Controls, Carrier Global, Diploma PLC and Massy, with experience across manufacturing, distribution, healthcare, energy and industrial sectors. She has led finance organizations supporting multi-billion-dollar businesses, complex global operations and high-performing cross-functional teams.
Ivette brings deep expertise in FP&A, controllership, risk management, strategic planning, ERP implementations, postmerger integration, capital allocation and enterprise transformation. Her leadership is defined by financial discipline, operational rigor, strong governance and a clear focus on sustainable value creation.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance, a Master of Accounting and an MBA, and has completed executive education focused on innovation at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School. Ivette is a Certified Management Accountant and a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
